What will the "New Normal" look like for Risk Management?

“New Normal” has become the buzzword for what the world will look like after we emerge from COVID-19. So what will the "new normal" look like for risk management? Risk events are a learning opportunity as long as we are smart enough to learn and tenacious enough to implement the lessons into making our risk management discipline stronger.

The learnings are many, from how we plan for pandemics and disaster recovery / business continuity in the future, to how day-to-day risk management needs to "speed-up" to be more dynamic and forward looking so it can remain relevant, playing a more front line role in general management and decision making.
